Why we were formed
For most of a century, medicine has aimed its brilliance at the surface of things — at molecules, at symptoms, at the visible mechanics of the body. It has achieved wonders there. Yet it has often overlooked the layer beneath the layer: the field of coherent information from which the body continually organizes itself.
Quantiom was founded to serve that deeper stratum. We are a gathering of physicians, scientists, energy practitioners, engineers, and contemplatives who share a single conviction — that the human being is a sovereign field of light, and that when the field is restored to coherence, the body remembers how to be whole.
We hold this work within a private ministerial association so that it may be offered freely, in trust, between consenting members — outside the constraints that so often dilute genuine healing.

Julie Kramer is a globally recognized expert in quantum healing technologies, regenerative medicine, and frequency-based performance optimization. With over two decades of leadership in pharmaceuticals, psychiatric systems, military-aligned infrastructure, and multidimensional energy science, she serves as a bridge between advanced healing systems and grounded, real-world application.
She is the Founder of Quantiom Energy Science, Energy Medicine Centers, and the Pyramid Cities Initiative — a visionary network of sustainable, resonant healing communities utilizing frequency-based architecture and plasma energy systems. Julie is currently the lead developer of two emerging proprietary quantum technologies under her Private Membership Association, focused on quantum cellular regeneration and biofield recalibration. Her clinical systems integrate neurobiology, field harmonics, multidimensional diagnostics, and energy-based medicine into a seamless interface for individual and planetary healing.
Her 16-year career in emergency and disaster preparedness stems from her own companies — Advanced Survival Technology and the EMP Engineering Team — through which she served as a strategic advisor and operations lead on fortified structures, electromagnetic pulse mitigation, and national defense projects. She has served as an elected EMP Special Interest Group (SIG) committee member within the Northeast Chapter of the National InfraGard, a partnership between the FBI and private-sector experts dedicated to protecting U.S. critical infrastructure.
Her prior roles include 8 years in global pharmaceutical corporations, 13 years as a psychiatric specialist serving adults with SPMI (Severe and Persistent Mental Illness), and 16+ years in advanced survival systems and infrastructure resilience. She holds a degree in Information Systems – Network Administration, with additional training through Quantum University and extensive research in bioenergetics, epigenetics, plasma medicine, and scalar healing. Julie is also a Certified Bioenergetic Practitioner, Master Reiki Practitioner, and an Ordained Melchizedek Priestess.
A survivor of violence, her healing journey catalyzed her mission to develop the most effective, accessible energy medicine systems on Earth. Julie is a futurist, frequency technologist, and sovereign system builder — currently anchoring and stewarding the architecture for humanity's next-era medical paradigm, one that honors biology, consciousness, and light.

The Remembering
A circle of practitioners, physicians, scientists, and contemplatives convenes around a shared recognition — that coherence, not chemistry, is the causal layer of healing, and that the body is light and information before it is matter.
The Covenant
Quantiom Guardian Ministries and Pyramid Cities Guardian Ministries are both established as 508(c)(1)(a) private ministerial associations — sovereign faith-based bodies recognized to hold and offer sacred healing in trust between consenting members. This covenant protects the freedom to practice field medicine as ministry rather than merchandise, safeguarding the sanctity, privacy, and self-governance of the work and all who enter it.
The Instruments
Drawing on the founder's decades as a subject-matter expert in advanced healing technologies — having served thousands of clients and studied alongside the finest quantum-healing modalities, masters, and practices across the world — Quantiom distills the best of what exists into a single, coherent platform. This lineage of mastery now gives rise to our proprietary Source Intelligence development technologies: the Quantiom Field Reader Intelligence Systems, the Bioregeneration Mirror Chamber, Inverted Spectrum Technologies, and more — instruments that read, harmonize, and restore the living field, now anchoring in and becoming available worldwide to aligned organizations and Guardians.
The Community
Guardian Practitioners are trained and commissioned; the Quantiom Vault opens as a living archive of the work; and seekers, members, clinics, and aligned organizations begin to integrate coherence-based medicine into their lives and spaces. Around it grows an interconnected New Earth community network — Guardians, healers, scientists, builders, artists, and stewards — with shared access to teachings, technologies, resonant sanctuaries, and the emerging Pyramid Cities infrastructure of health, education, media, business, and Source-aligned exchange. A sovereign, self-stewarding body through which the whole of the vision becomes accessible, worldwide, to all who are called.
The New Earth
The vision widens into the Pyramid Cities Initiative and the Pyramid Cities Guardian Ministry — resonant communities raised on advanced sacred architecture and self-sustaining, regenerative technologies for health, agriculture, and environmental remediation. Within them rises a New Earth education — spanning space, science, and physics, hyperspectral and inverted-spectrum fields — alongside New Earth arts and media, Golden Age business networking and quantum financial systems, terrestrial-to-cosmos observatories and communication channels of Source light, and a coherent New Earth energy infrastructure. All of it woven into a self-stewarding culture of coherent health — field-based medicine for individual and planetary healing, honoring biology, consciousness, and light.
